I have recently had two service calls from your company for plumbing repairs. The
first was in September for replacement of an outside faucet and flappers on two
commodes. Your technician Travis diagnosed the problems quickly and repaired all
items in a timely manner. He was very courteous and friendly. Last week I had a leak
under my sink in the kitchen and made another service call to your company. I was
informed that I could not get service that day, but would receive service the next
day. Travis called at 8:00 AM the next morning and said that he could come right
over. Upon his arrival, I informed him that only the left side of the sink leaked and
the leak was very bad the night before when I turned the dishwasher on. He make a
quick check and found the garbage disposal was defective. He had one on the truck and
replaced it immediately. Travis is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and a
definite asset to your company. I will not hesitate to call anytime I have a plumbing
problem.
